Forty (41) players played on a cool but nice afternoon – temps around 48.  Bill Kushay’s team won the Front (-5).  Chris Rhodes’ and Rod Steiner’s teams split the Back (-1).  Jim Young’s team won the Total (+1).  Jim Young was the medalist with a 1-under 71.   Nine golfers were in the Sub-80 category today.

Fifty (yes 50) golfers battled on another beautiful Fall afternoon with temps near 50 and light winds.  Two teams went neck-and-neck and cleared the rest of the field by 6+ shots.  Chris Rhodes’ team won the Front (-2) and Total (-2).  Pat Steiner’s team won the Back (-2) and fell one shot short on the total at -1.

 

Pat Steiner and Zack Attack shot identical rounds of 36-37 (73) with 4 birdies each!  Super Senior Dave Walker shot 76.  James Scarberry (77) continued his hot play and contributed heavily on the winning team.  Eight (8) of the 50 golfers managed to shoot in the Sub-80 scoring column today.

Twenty-Three (23) players competed today on a brisk Fall day.  Course conditions played long due to the overnight rain but the greens were good speed and putted great.  Billy Reed’s team won the Front (-3) and Total (-4).  Carl Showers’ team won the Back (-2).    Pat Steiner (72, 5 birdies) and Billy Reed (72, 4 birdies) tied for medalist honors with Carl Showers (73) right behind.  There were 10 players in the Sub-80 category today.

Forty-two (42) players battled a tough course and semi-cold conditions.  Pat Steiner used the “white tee” picking method to out-think the field.  His team won the Front (-5) and Total (-2).  Zack Attack’s team won the Back (-2) as Dr. Smirnoff (Coop) was a factor again!  Dirk Schultz (74) was medalist today.  Zack Attack shot 76, but it was the white-tee combo of James Scarberry (76) and Chris Rhodes (77) which helped lead Pat Steiner’s (77) team to the upset victory!  Rounding out the Sub-80 scoring was Scott Raley (78), Bill Kushay (79) and Jim Sklencar (79).

 

There will be a Thirsty-Thursday edition of the 2-Ball Gross Gang tomorrow. Sign-up is 10:30am and tee-off around 11:00am.

Eighteen players played on a surprisingly pleasant (and rain free) day with a high near 70.  Bill Kushay’s team (+2, +4, +6) snipped Mike Butts’ team (+2, +5, +7) to win most of the action today.  Bill Kushay was the medalist with 76, while Mike Butts (77) and Ed Rachor (78) rounded out the Sub-80 scoring.

Seventeen (17) players played on a fabulous Fall day – 70+ degrees, sunny, and the course was in great shape!  The greens were sneaky fast and putting was quite a challenge today.  Pat Steiner’s team won the Front (Even), Back (-3) and Total (-3).   KATHY KLEIN was the medalist today with an incredible round of 75!!!  Hawk rebounded with a very nice 76.  Pat Steiner (77) and Jim Young (79) rounded out the Sub-80 scoring for today.

Again, please don’t believe the Weatherman!  Thirty-six (36) players enjoyed a very nice November afternoon – no rain, no wind and great course conditions!  Arman Brick’s team won the Back (-6) and Total (-4).  Carl Showers’ and Jim Young’s teams tied the Front (-1).

 

Fifteen (15) players were in the Sub-80 category today.  Arman Brice, Pat Steiner, Rod Steiner and Dirk Schultz all shot 73 today to tie for “medalist”.

 

THIRSTY THURSDAY!!! Due to the great weather forecast for tomorrow, there will be a 2-Ball Gross game. However, the SIGNUP is 30 minutes earlier than normal (SIGNUP BY 11:00am).
