49 players battled in cool conditions with tricky pin placements. Max Tissue’s team (-3  E  -3) won the Front. Dan Allen’s team (+1  -6  -5) won the Back and Total. Don Baker eagled the Par 4, Hole #13. Max Tissue (35-38-73), Dan Allen (36-37-73) and Mex Sanchez (36-37-73) led 16 golfers in the “Sub-80 Scoring”.

52 players enjoyed another great day at Beaver Creek. The action was well split as the teams struggled to score low. The Front was a 4-way tie at Even Par. Rod Steiner’s team (+4  -5  -1) won the Back. Ed Middlekauff’s team (E  -3  -3) won the Total. Bill Young (39-32-71) lit up the Back as he carded 5 birdies and recorded a “32”. He led 14 golfers in the “SUB-80 Scoring”. “Big Daddy” Jim Ward eagled Hole #18.

On the final day of June, 41 players battled humid conditions and slick greens. Volkoff’s team ( -2  -1  -3) easily won the Front and Total. Oaks’ team  (+3  -3  E) won the back. Volkoff had 5 birdies (37-34-71) and led 9 golfers in the “Sub-80 Scoring”. Next week is the July 4 holiday and there will not be a Manic Monday. A Saturday schedule will be used for next Monday and Tuesday.

On a cold, breezy winter day, fifteen players teed it up at Beaver Creek Country Club.  Paul Gelfeld (Lt. Colombo) lead his team to victory, winning the front and total, and tying the back with Carl Showers.  Hawk led the individual scoring with a 72.
